Mr. Simon is an author, entrepreneur, attorney, and seasoned multidisciplinary professional. He has over ten years of legal and business experience, and fifteen years in sales and customer relations. He is one of the founders of Darkwater Syndicate, a Miami-based publisher, and oversaw the company’s operations from its inception in 2008 to its closure in 2020. He now serves Darkwater Media Group as its Head of Business Development and General Counsel.
During his time at Darkwater Syndicate, Mr. Simon secured A-list international literary and voice talent for the company's publications. Among them are film and TV actor Matt Weight (FX’s Rescue Me) and stage and TV actor Christopher Walsh (ABC’s Chicago Fire and NBC’s Betrayal). He is also an accomplished multi-genre author, with his work featured alongside master of horror Stephen King and UK bestseller Guy N. Smith.
Within Darkwater Media Group, he is known as "the duke," although whether he is in fact royalty of any place real or imaginary remains anyone's guess.
